Danielle RThey stated the gas gauge was just over a quarter tank after the last renter. When I got in the vehicle, it was noticably below a quarter tank so I took photos to document this. I also took photos at the end to show I had refilled the tank right back where it was when I picked up the rental. They then of course charged my card $13 for 2 gallons of fuel. Thankfully I was able to email corporate support my photos and they reversed the charge, but I would not use this location again.
