They stated the gas gauge was just over a quarter tank after the last renter. When I got in the vehicle, it was noticably below a quarter tank so I took photos to document this. I also took photos at the end to show I had refilled the tank right back where it was when I picked up the rental. They then of course charged my card $13 for 2 gallons of fuel. Thankfully I was able to email corporate support my photos and they reversed the charge, but I would not use this location again.

The office was supposed to be open at 1:00 p.m. I came for mobile pickup and the person Miriam M did not turn up until 3:30 p.m. with a disgusting attitude. I had been on the phone with U-Haul for 30 minutes as they tried to track her down to get the key for my mobile pickup. Uhaul promised me $50 because the truck was guaranteed and clearly it wasn't but I never got that refund. I wasn't able to do the mobile checkout because by the time Miriam decided to actually come into work, the link had expired. The U-Haul representative I was talking to heard the entire conversation and unforgivable attitude of Miriam who quite frankly should be looking for employment elsewhere. Tanisha was good on returning the truck but she did not offer or provide the $50 discount that I was guaranteed. This also should have been in the notes that she was reading . Also the truck had to be jump started on one occasion when I picked it up and drove it to my house to load up. My whole move was messed up. I had movers waiting for me but after hours of waiting for the truck they had to leave and we had to reschedule everything which meant we ended up working until midnight and I had to pay them overtime thanks to Miriam! Trrrible location. I want my $50 back and I will think seriously at about ever using UHaul again.
