Be honest with the customer and inform them about your work hours. I had an appointment at 5 pm and was looking for the office for 10-15 min. Then I called and was told that they close at 5 P’M. So they made an appointment with me at 5 pm knowing that they are closed at that time. After that I struggled for 30 min with the QR code. I had terrible experience with that location, do not recommend it.

Great location and great team, highly recommend
Dmytro Ppick up process highly flawed. I reserved a 8:30 pick up time and wasn’t able to get the vehicle till 10:00 due to the u-haul app not working and the location didn’t open till 10. it cost me an extra 200.00 for the movers given the delay . The vehicle had 1/8 of a tank of gas upon pick up and the vehicle was very old and the brakes were very soft. ai will not ever rent from u-haul again and will consider other brands.
Michael LTrying to rent and pick up a truck using the uhaul app is hopeless. The app is buggy and I had to call customer service twice just to complete the process and I never was able to upload photos of the vehicle for my protection because the app kept failing. Never again.
