The parking lot needs to be flattened out! I fell over and twisted my ankle doing the walk around to take the photos. Besides that the staf is great and helpful and accommodating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLarsen's Feed was a fine location. The making me change 2 times to find a truck when I could have found one in my town would have been easier. I was supposed to have a 15 foot truck in my town. I got called twice to change locations only to end up with a 20 foot truck 10 miles away. I am sure their was a 20 footer in my own town so I can save mileage and gas but I didnt have time to check. This was a very frustrating experience and I want like some kind of reimbursement and not a free upgrade to a 20 foot truck when you didnt have any other sizes.

Wesley WWe were scheduled to drop off at Petaluma location, confirmed that arrangement with a staff the day prior, but arrived to find that location closed on Sundays, so had to be directed to another location.
