The staff was very helpful, I was able to switch to a larger trailer and the staff helped my connect the the trailer and the safety chains and made sure it was working properly. The reason I dropped down to 4 star is because the location was not the one I was expecting to have to go to and was too far for me to get to on foot ( I don't own a car). The vehicle was clean but there was no water in the wondsheild squirters.
