Trevor EThe young lady that took my order and later changed my order was great. She guided me in and attached the trailer onto the hitch. Did the connection and checked the lights.Perfect as one would expect. On return I had to basically encourage the young man (early 20’s) to get off his chair, disconnect and check the trailer. He disconnected it and plopped it on the dirt roadway. Gave me attitude and walked away. I had earlier asked where he wanted the 5X8 parked and did not care. This guy caused the average rating for U-Haul from me. I would recommend this outlet only if a friend dealt with the older girl.
