1. No signage on the street. Very hard to find the location because of this. Building not visible from corner intersection where we were to turn. Also very far off the beaten track. 2. No signage on the building. Office was on the back of the building out of sight. When parking we were told by a staff member that “U-Haul is not our primary business you know, please park around the back.” Offensive! 3. We were charged almost $5000 over our quoted price. Fortunately, we were paying attention and caught the error. Staff did not know what to do and finally called U-Haul Central, where the “glitch” was corrected. 4. Premises are unsightly, cluttered and filthy.
