"TruckShare" reservation cancelled while standing in parking lot, supposedly due a "no show" after arriving 15 minutes after the reservation time on a FOUR DAY RENTAL. Store refused to use card on file and then charged the wrong card on return, contrary to the instructions given by U-Haul itself.

MARK WThe UHaul truck was dirty, the battery was almost dead, and had a flat tire. I had to call for a new tire during my move, which caused further delays and problems.
