The only thing was that the van we rented had a smell.. like the padding had once been wet and didn't get to properly dry. Other than that everything was absolutely great!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI specifically chose a location in Covington close to the interstate because I was passing through Covington on the way to somewhere else. You switched me to a place 7 miles (30 minutes of traffic) off the interstate. I almost missed dropping off before closing time. And my ride got stuck in traffic, so I had to walk down the road to a gas station through really high grass to wait for my ride. I chose where I chose for a reason.
Aaron FPretty quick easy and simple
BRYAN SNothing everything was perfect
Marcus HCheck engine light was on which caused me to pay for movers a extra hour & also had to get the Uhual towed away. I then was charged for things I was promised I wouldn’t be charged for.
