The condition of trucks in terms of using was very bad. The whole truck vibrates a lot while in motion. Left side rear view mirror vibrates so much that you cannot see anything. When you press the gas padel the truck engine makes such a loud noise and vibrations. The head lights just turns own. But there is no option for high beam and the headlights are also dull. They dod not even have any additional rental equipment available. The place has no active person to attend. Need to go to the front gas station to talk to anyone. The truck was clean. That was the only good point.

No one there to give me a copy of my contract only wanted to email it to me. Vehicle only had enough fuel for 28 miles. I think it should have been full so I could bring it back full and not have to guess as to how much to put. When I returned, asked the person there to come and check the vehicle while I was there and he said he would check it later.

HOLLIS FLazy people. Never there to rent. All directions for use on the app were wrong. Twice my experience here has horrendous.
RANDY RTruck seemed like parts were loose / broken. Breaks kept dinging. They did not have my reservation in correctly so was late picking and getting into the truck. Had materials that we did not need in the truck. Returned with more fuel in the truck than when rented and was not given a credit.
