Truck was dirty, parking was tight, your lack of providing physical personnel makes this whole experience a nightmare, wanting a photo of every angle of the truck and the truck is in a tiny parking lot making that impossible. It’s not the stations fault, this is U-Hauls fault, lack of customer care towards customers needs. There should be a cheaper price for using mobile pick up and drop off since U-Haul doesn’t care to expand their own workforce.

Peter SItIt took me over two weeks to close out my contract. Since no one answered the phone at the location, I had to go through the 1-800 number. After trying three or four times, the 1-800 rep was finally able to reach the regional manager, who was able to resolve and close out my ticket. Ridiculous!!!
