Id like my money back. The trailer had a bad tire and I drove 1000 miles. ☹️
Jim RCell service was limited so it took a while to do the online check-in.
Mark SEquipment and truck were both well maintained and easy to find. However, because my pickup & return was during a holiday weekend, the pickup process was lengthy and difficult due to issues using both the U-Haul app and U-Haul website, since the business was closed with no access to anyone in person for assistance. Issues were experienced during both pick-up and return. Both the website and app were running slow or not at all. Difficulty uploading documents/pictures was also an issue. The representative at the next nearby U-Haul location located in Piqua (Derek) was very helpful in assisting me over the phone. I appreciated his attentiveness and patience with the situation.
Lizann PDidn’t use half the 70 miles still got charged for them. Its not the locations fault it’s the app.
