Educate your employees....When I picked up the truck, I was told that I could return unused boxes at this facility after my move. When I came with the unused items the following week, I was told that I had to take all unused items to the Beaver County Mall Uhaul (35 minutes away/1 hr 15 min total round trip). Thankfully the Uhaul at the Beaver County Mall had no problem refunding me for the unused items.
