This was the second time I’ve used general rental center and very satisfied with their whole operation, customer service is excellent, the workers are excellent and very helpful
Thomas CEducate your employees....When I picked up the truck, I was told that I could return unused boxes at this facility after my move. When I came with the unused items the following week, I was told that I had to take all unused items to the Beaver County Mall Uhaul (35 minutes away/1 hr 15 min total round trip). Thankfully the Uhaul at the Beaver County Mall had no problem refunding me for the unused items.
