Your App was forcing me to change my settings on my phone without any directions on how to do so. We couldn't figure it out even after Googling it and checking with Apple to complete the process on the app. If the attendant wasn't there by chance, they were closed, we would not have been able to rent our van and would have wasted half a day of time. Someone needs to look at this issue as the attendant says this happens often. I won't use the app again as I can't trust it will work for me. With a little extra coding your developers could solve this problem by simply looking at it from the customers perspective and providing better direction on how to solve it. This is a corporate issue not the rental company.
