Customer service (phone) was very bad
Jose CBe friendly, show the customer the contract before signing, have a discussion on fees before you get your final bill. Having people sign on your phone and not even showing them the contract is very shady, unprofessional and really unacceptable. They forced as for a return trip even though we were only going one way, which made it difficult to return the vehicle back and made it more expensive to me. Just all a cash grab for a day of use and because we had to return it back we had to stay another night, the whole experience was not a good one. I wouldn't recommend at all.
