Inform customers that a ball and receiver do not come as part of the rental service. The customer has to supply their own.
Bruce BIt was closed and comtactless drop off. Instructions were clear and there was assistance to open gate and leave
Rebecca-Lynn WEverything was fantastic EXCEPT that our LEFT SIGNAL light on the trailer worked sporadically. It seemed that if the roads were wet or it was raining, the light didn't work. It worked only some of the time. This should be fixed as it could be dangerous to another customer.
Michael KWas more than an hour away from my unload location (Creston). It was closed on Sunday but I have to get up to work Sunday midnight, Monday morning and have no time to do it Monday. I used the self drop off on app and not being very tech savvy I fumbled through it.
