Middle of nowhere, no drop box, no one answers the phone, no signs on how to drop off vehicle, then finalize transaction almost 2 months later with charges for claiming an extra day when it was dropped off a day early,

Murphy PI feel people should be able to select a 1 day truck rental because, most peoplemost only have a one bedroom and dont need 2 days for a truck to be charged from city to city. Plus I think the company lacks letting customers know of the extra charges that are being tacked on. I was quoted 244, then ended up paying 369 for a one day trip.
