How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one on site. Had to call a number to figure out where to drop the trailer. Little to no room available. Trucks already parked in front of the location. The operator confirmed where to leave it and again I had to figure out how to get it off my vehicle as the jack would not lift it high enough.
Nick GPick up was professional and expeditious. Unit was clean and tires looked relatively new. We had no problem driving from FL to MS.
David PI got a 15-foot truck. When I got there someone else had booked it. To make matters worse, the person who had it out was a few hours late. Neither one of us was contacted to be told that the truck was late and we needed to do a cancellation. Because of this, I had to cancel my reservation and create a new one for a bigger truck that I did not need and COSTED ME MORE THAN WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND. Oh and also, I requested furniture moving pads, guess what they did not have available. MOVING PADS.
madison GAbove and beyond. showed up to get key out of truck that I locked in.... courteous, helpful, patient.
