There was no one there and the facility door was locked, even though this location had hours of 9-5pm - Monday through Friday and we were there on a Thursday at 11am. Had to call U-Haul to get further information four our drop off. We had to do our own procedures; take picture of the dashboard showing milage and the full tank of gas, pictures of the front and back and sides of the truck, pictures of the inside of the truck etc. and then drop off the keys into their after hour drop box. Would have picked another location if we knew this was going to happen.
MATTHEW MNoone there. Unsure where to leave truck. If you dont have a smart phone you are screwed.
