Safety check mirrors. Prior to my departure from the the location i checked my mirrors. A mirror was incorrectly pointed. Fortunately I found it prior to leaving and had a associate assist. Clean windshield better. It was very streaky and dirty.

Did not explain , process well . Stated my 100.00 deposit would be returned as soon as truck was turned in , but when turned in stated it would take 7â€“10 days .

The staff at this location is friendly and equipment is in great condition. Uhaul is pricy and placed a hold on my account. It has already been more than 10 days since the hold has been placed. I've called my bank and uhaul back and forth daily for both of them telling me it's the other companies fault for the hold. I've been hung up on, told different things && have at least a 15 min hold every time I call. The first two times I called for a hold release form they asked for an email address. The third time I called back to have the form sent, the oporator told me they don't send that form through email only fax. It's very frustrating and time consuming.
Clean truck windows and don't forget dolly
For one, I took the truck out and the guy who rented it to me told me it was full, Well i got into the truck and saw that it was NOT full but yet i still filled up the gas to full and when i tried to contact the place that offered it to me, They said that they could not help me and i guess we got disconnected and tried to call them back with no reply.. So i will not be renting a truck EVER from this place again. I will try somewhere else if i need to rent a truck.
It would be good to explain the importance of picking up truck at the time you requested. We did not understand that it had to be at that time. Now we understand and will do better next time. The lady was very kind and patient when we arrived at 10:00 instead of 9:00.
I will rent with u-haul in the future. Representative was very helpful and explained all questions I had to my satisfaction.
The rep who was at the desk was not very professional or helpful.
The computer was unable to edit and take off the optional insurance. This was after I declined the insurance through the online booking. Twice. Then I get a confirmation with the wrong address/location. I have to take a random guess at the correct Uhaul location. I get there and then I'm charged for insurance which I did not want. However, while the computer could not edit my order, it can easily and without delay charge me. Then I have to take time to call and give my complete credit card information over the phone to process the refund even though I was told that they would be able to take care of it themselves. Why they needed my security code, I dont know. I did not appreciate how insecure the process was.
The steering was a tad on the wild side need to service trucks regularly but was able to control it thanks to god. Other than that it was pleasant.
I was very pleased with how Norma Cavazos handled my booking. However, Marco the person she left in charge, July 1st, the day of pick up wasn't very clear on my return time. He didn't mention to me that the return time. He could of asked me what was convenient for me. He failed to mention that the time of the return date to me. When I called him on Monday, July 3rd, he mentioned that as long as I turn in the UHAL before the closing time, that I wasn't going to be charged an extra day. So I took the time to call the Anytime Rental in Kyle, Tx. They said that they closed until 5pm. I arrived at 2:30pm only to find out that I was going to be charged an extra day. This was something that I wasn't expecting. I mentioned to the lady working at the Anytime Rental That I was told that I wasn't going to be charged a day late as long as I came in before closing.

I reserved on line and then went in and paid for U-Haul. She said they closed Sat at 2 and Closed on Sunday so we could keep the U-Haul til Monday morning.... Well we were still waiting on our new keys monday morning so I called and talked to the office and reserved it an additional day. Tuesday by 5 pm I dropped off U-Haul she checked miles and gas....I had used 10-11 miles only yet she charged me 15 miles....I put extra gas in it. and the U-Haul never had a dolly.... She ALLOWED US TO BORROW ONE AND OUR TRUCK did not have a ramp to help us load or unload..... I was told that my balance was $247 dollars then it went down to $185.00. I offered her the cash I had or a check she stated she didn't have time she had to get to a meeting and would act like I just NIGHT DROPPED OFF THE U-HAUL.... IN WHICH I DID NOT. I was called this morning and told she ran my card and it was declined and that she would have to charge me for another DAY!!!.. I am livid. what is going on. I just moved I have boxes and boxes all around me and literally my world is upside down from this move I do not have time for all this drama with ACCESS STORAGE AND WE WERE TREATED BADLY I asked for a smaller unit..To no prevail.
