The vehicle was pretty beat up when we picked it up and I think it’s complete highway robbery to charge mileage!!! Cost was way too high for what we got!

I did a late night drop off so I didn't get to meet anyone and I wish the area was a little bit more well lit but other than that everything went well

KIRBY STruck broke down. It cost me $400 in labor cost for my people to sit for hours waiting for a replacement. Your service department offered to reduce my bill by $50. Big joke. Horrible service.
