I used a 10 ft truck for 22 miles and you charged me for 4 gallons of fuel because why? your meters are rigged. Those trucks do not get 5 mpg. This is dishonest, fraudulent business practices.

Daniela GThe smallest thing - they said a U-Haul rep would reach out to confirm and go through the steps but that did not occur. It wasn’t prohibitive to my successfully self-checking out the cargo van, but I did worry that because I wasn’t contacted there was a chance the rental wouldn’t be ready. It ultimately wasn’t the case but my being as neurotic as I am I was awaiting a call that never came thinking something must’ve gone awry. Thankfully not! The process was otherwise smooth, the app self-explanatory, and it was a great experience and a great rental. The cleanest of all cargo rentals I’ve ever rented, and a good drive. Thank you!
