The smallest thing - they said a U-Haul rep would reach out to confirm and go through the steps but that did not occur. It wasn’t prohibitive to my successfully self-checking out the cargo van, but I did worry that because I wasn’t contacted there was a chance the rental wouldn’t be ready. It ultimately wasn’t the case but my being as neurotic as I am I was awaiting a call that never came thinking something must’ve gone awry. Thankfully not! The process was otherwise smooth, the app self-explanatory, and it was a great experience and a great rental. The cleanest of all cargo rentals I’ve ever rented, and a good drive. Thank you!

Marcus SThere was trash in the vehicle. I never received a confirmation call the day before like the contract said. None of the blankets or dollies were in the truck. When I called I was told none were available. That should have been told to me during the call I never received. I was still charged for those items.
