JOHN MOnline reservation made in the morning for a 9:30 pick up. Arrived to find they had the truck. It needed to be filled up, but with no hassle, we were on the road by 10:15. Truck was clean, didn't smell, ran great, had lots of power, had no problem climbing hills at speed and made good time on 70mph highways. Drop off after hours was painless. Bill showed up the next morning with no surprises. A great experience!
