We never physically interacted but I called the evening before to see if we could drop off early he said he was closed at 530 and the guy hung up on me. When we dropped off the U-Haul the gate was locked and we had put the required amount of fuel in the truck and they stayed it wasn’t enough. I guess they wanted extra money from us.
