Again, it wasn't the location. The app continued to crash when I was trying to return the truck, after hours, causing me to re-enter the information several times. The app said we owed $22.17 for gas because we were returning it with less gas than we started with. I called customer service & they said they couldn't see the images that I sent when we picked it up of the dash showing the gas tank was empty. I was also told we would be reimbursed for whatever gas was in the tank if it was more than when we picked it up. I've never received a call from uhaul discussing this process or reimbursement for the gas. In total, the pick up (including having the lock cut off) and return took us about 3 hours to complete. Again, it's not the locations we had an issue with, it was the process, the app, and the inconveniences of picking up and dropping off the truck. If someone from uhaul would like to contact me to discuss this further. I'd be more than happy to give them more details concerning our experience. Let's set up a strap package for the toy hauler trailer
ROBERT BWe never physically interacted but I called the evening before to see if we could drop off early he said he was closed at 530 and the guy hung up on me. When we dropped off the U-Haul the gate was locked and we had put the required amount of fuel in the truck and they stayed it wasn’t enough. I guess they wanted extra money from us.
