They are very fast and efficient and I took care of drop off within a few minutes
RICKY MThis was my first time using a mobile pickup and drop off situation. It was a little nerve-racking as a result, especially finding out the day before that my truck was no longer available. Luckily, the Franklin store on Peavine in Crossville was great at finding me another truck. It was larger than I had requested, but I did not pay extra for it. Driving it was slightly more challenging, but I did just fine. It was very clean, had a ramp and I was even able to get a dolly. All of this made the move more efficient and easier on our arms and backs. I can say that if it had not been for Franklin's customer service and helpfulness, the experience might not have been so great! Thank you for that!
Susan LWhen I arrived to drop off trailer, store didn’t have my reservation in their system and wouldn’t accept unit. I had to call U-Haul, who called store, who then accepted the trailer.
