On a Friday, when dropping off car dolly 2 days early, we went inside to ask if there was any paperwork to receive as proof of return. She said there was nothing. On Monday we received an email stating the unit was returned on SUNDAY and we were charged for an additional day of rent! We called the store that processed the charge and that person said he knew nothing about it, they are not open on Sunday, and he could do nothing about processing a credit. He said we would need to contact u-haul directly, but did not provide a number to call. Told us to Google it. Once we called u-haul, that rep was very helpful and processed the necessary credit.

They were not ready for me to pick up unit and had to call the person who handles U-Haul to know what to do.
Harriet SWhomever fixed the windshield or replaced it did a very poor job. Would recomend something as crucial as a windshield would be considered a vital part of the van and fixed accordingly.
