I picked up the truck on Thursday in Chicago and delivered it to the Crossville location on Saturday late afternoon. No one was there to check the truck in except one employee who I gave the key to. They did not close my ticket out until Monday and charge me for an extra day, even though the truck was at their location on Saturday. This is not right. Can someone please correct and credit my account?
