cannot provide excellent rating due to problems with the rental:] 1, After review of website there was no notice that truck had to be picked up by 7:30 am on day of rental. I lost my 24 hour rental due to coming to pick up truck at 10:30. not sure why a time limit to pick up if its a 24 hour rental....you had my credit card info, a no show should still be charged, right? 2. photo verification process of damage to vehicle was clunky at best, did not allow me (maybe my phone) to input new photos. Keith the area service manager took care of me, helped with getting a new truck and contract but all of this cost me 45 minute delay to my client in delivery. Would use U-Haul again, but I think the online process needs to be reworked to be more explicit with U-Haul's expectations...perhaps have an outsider go through the process to pick up the things I believe the :"insiders" missed.

CARLA STruck was dirty. Had to sweep out leaves and dirt before I could use. Inside was filthy too. Needs to be derailed and cleaned.
TAMMI CThe app would not work. No one was available at the location to help us. The lock and key were hard to deal with- the key didn’t want to turn in the lock. This was a terrible experience from the moment we picked up the truck until we dropped off the keys. I would never recommend using this location or checking in on the app. I tried to chat with someone on the app but no one was available there either.
Amy KI was told I could drop off anywhere. I dropped off at a different location and was charged for wrong location. I was also given extra miles due to being unable to pick up where I wanted and still was charged for that as well.
