The young lady was extremely helpful. We had a hard time figuring out what pictures the app or link wanted and the mileage. She told us not to worry and took over for us. Very sweet girl.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkInside cab of the truck was covered in dog hair and smelled terribly. I had to do the whole trip with the windows down, over an hour on the interstate, and my husband was not able to drive because of dog allergies.
