Picking up the truck was not easy at best. The keys were not where they were supposed to be. There was no one at the site to help. Called the number on the door with delayed response. We were late while our movers sat at our house waiting for us.

ELIZABETH WNo one was there for drop off which wouldn't have been a problem, except we had an issue and needed to speak to someone. No one answered any of the phone numbers listed.
Brian FI think the U-Haul location should call the customer a day before pick up to give a brief description of how to pick up or to see if there are any questions. Because I certainly had questions because that was my first time.
ROBERT VThe blankets were in a bag and wet. When I returned unit I did not put them back in the plastic. Also I only received 4. Should have been 10. But other than that it was clean and ready.
