Hard to navigate website to pick up truck.
Nicole BThe U-haul mobile app gave me fits during the pickup process and I wasted nearly 30 minutes and ended up extremely frustrated. I reached out to the contact number for the location and they were prompt in getting back to me. Meanwhile, the app finally responded and I didn't need assistance, but I appreciated the offered support.
MARK BThis was an automated dropoff. It was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. An email in advance with instructions about having an automated dropoff would have been helpful.
saha dEverything was awesome from the dude who rented the truck to me to the actual truck itself... I had a great experience! I even had to extend my rental and received a text after hours reassuring me to keep it as long as I needed and not to worry. I'll be coming back here if I ever need to rent a uhaul, that's for sure!
