No one was there for drop off which wouldn't have been a problem, except we had an issue and needed to speak to someone. No one answered any of the phone numbers listed.

I think the U-Haul location should call the customer a day before pick up to give a brief description of how to pick up or to see if there are any questions. Because I certainly had questions because that was my first time.
ROBERT VThe blankets were in a bag and wet. When I returned unit I did not put them back in the plastic. Also I only received 4. Should have been 10. But other than that it was clean and ready.
MARY FThe worst part was that I specifically chose a location with open hours to complete my rental with a person and when I arrived no one was onsite and no one answered at the number provided on the door. I had to go through the process on the app which was a pain and delayed us almost 45 minutes.
