Make pick ups and returns easier when nobody there to help. I didn't know where the lockboxes were or that I had to go to a special site for ride share. And when I returned the truck, it took over an hour because the webpage you need to complete kept restarting so I couldn't complete it quickly at all. Very frustrating! Also I filled the tank back to the exact place it was when I got it and I was still charges for 2 gallons of gas at $5 a gallon!!!! Total BS!! I wrote a complaint to the email but didn't even get a response. So that's why I don't recommend this place at least when they aren't there to help.

The parking lot where the truck was located was a sloppy mess. Snow about up to my knees. Would’ve been nice if someone would’ve plowed and that is the only complaint, everything else was good and very convenient.
