Being in the far corner of the strip mall plaza, it was difficult to figure out where to rent the truck. It's a vape shop and is well lit up with a sign and display lights for its own products.They did have a U-Haul corporate sign but it was small and obscurred by an awning pillar. It is next to the outdoor keyboxes, which makes sense, but not until you are at the correct angle driving through, or close enough to see it. A second sign on the free and clear end of their storefront would be visible from a block away to those looking for it for the first time. I'm just trying to be helpful. Their store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly.

I was charged 18.00 for gas that I pre paid for., I get a truck that barely has gas in in it and had to pay an additional 18 bucks so that I dont run out on the side of the road. Told the guy when I got back and all he said was contact customer service.

It was definitely appreciated he did that otherwise I would've been stuck trying to figure it out. Actually getting the rental was straightforward too.
