Truck was very dirty inside and out. We also had trouble accessing the key.

I did the 24/7 pickup and drove to the location which was already 30 minutes the opposite way from where I was moving. I get to the location, and the truck isn't there. I called on the phone and they said the person didn't put it out there. She told me that the nearest one was somewhere else. It turned out to be another hour in the opposite direction. I picked up the truck, moved everything, and when I went to return it to the location.

When the customer pays for an extra service such as renting a dolly. Make sure it's on the truck for them.

The first place I went to pick up my reserved U-Haul they didn't have one so I had to drive across town to pick up at a different location. I prefer to deal with someone face to face than use an app.
