Not open and no signs telling you to park outside. Had to call to find out what to do. Place looks abandoned

John SI am 82 years old and it would have been nice to have a male person there to help hook up the trailer. The trailer had no jack and the tongue was resting on the ground and it was difficult lifting it up to place on receiver.
