The truck had a funky smell in it that we never got out of it even with air fresheners. I also reserved an appliance dolly and was told when I arrived to pick up the truck that they didn’t have a dolly. The attendant really had a “don’t care” attitude about it. Ended up paying $26 to rent one on the delivery end from Home Depot to unload.

There was no one at this location and I was unable to retrieve the truck. I had to wait until someone came in from the property next door to open the gate. Very unacceptable
