Location was fine. The reservation process wasn’t. No one called me the day before like the email said. I had to pick up at another location other than the one I requested. When I got there I had to wait until they “assigned equipment” to my reservation I made 3 days prior.

Switched my drop off as well. Used this location one time before after hours, and learned the app rental doesn't work, fought it for an hour. Can't even do it from home because it wants you to be at the location. But open hours, no problem, handed the keys in, and was on my way.
Robert LTruck was not available upon pickup Was sent to a different location where the only truck available was way too big Made our move very difficult due to the fact that our storage facility had limited room to maneuver truck. Will not use U-Haul again
