Was never sent a code to get into the gate to pick up the truck luckily another person was there waiting for them to open who did have a code and let me in. Had to call uhaul to even finish the online rental and that person may want to find a job that doesn’t include customer service as she has a very rude tone to herself when speaking on the phone, not sure if that’s just her overall personality or she was just straight trying to have an attitude either way wasn’t appreciated
