It was complicated calling to get a code to enter the gate had to call several times before I could get a code to enter the gate. Once I received the code I had to go thru several steps on my phone to pick the truck up which took a lot longer than expected. I also had reserved the truck and called ahead of time and asked if I had to be the one to pick the truck up and was told I didn't have to be present to pick up the uhaul that information was incorrect. Very confusing about how to pick up the truck. I spoke with a woman who was very rude. Someone let us in the gate when we got there yet we didn't know you needed a code to get out. U-Haul never provided a code to exit the facility.Jody P.

Two things. First, the windshield on my rental was cracked. Econd, Uhaul's website needs to be improved. Website needs to be more user friendly and it locks up. Overall, I would use Uhaul again and I would recommend Uhaul to friends.James L.
Truck cab had lots of food droppings left in it. A dolly was left in box. Drivers side 12V adaptor inoperable. Otherwise truck performed well on a 1300 mile trip loaded heavy.FREDERICK T.
