Easy hook up and go, only thing I had an issue with is that U-HAULS no longer have the built in crank to make it easier to detach and reattach from/to the vehicle. Had I not had a floor jack and jack stand it would have been much more difficult. Other than than I'm pleased with the rental.

JEFFERY BFor the second time in a row -- the first was when I was helping my niece to move -- the roll-up door on my U-Haul trailer became stuck behind the upper frame of the trailer. In the previous case of my niece, a handy friend spent 20 minutes and finally dislodged the door. In my case, my niece was living nearby and came when I called her. She happened to remember that the latch gets stuck behind above the door opening and was able to use her small hands to gradually dislodge it. I DID call Rustys while awaiting the arrival of my niece, and I was advised to call U-Haul Road Assistance for help. I was not willing to wait hours for help; I needed to get on the road and I had appointments to keep. My second problem with this U-Haul occurred while it was parked in the lot of a Hampton Inn in Pennsylvania. This time, I could not get the door to roll up at all! And this time I had to rely on Road Assistance, which took a good hour to arrive from some distant location. The driver found that a piece of furniture in the back of my trailer had shifted and was leaning against the door. He was able to raise the door enough to push it back. All of these experiences do not inspire confidence in these trailers. If I have an alternative the next time, I will not choose a U-Haul trailer. At a minimum, U-HAUL NEEDS TO POST SIGNS ON THE DOORS OF THESE TRAILERS EXPLAINING HOW THE LATCH MUST BE SECURED IN ORDER NOT TO BECOME STUCK BEHIND THE UPPER LEDGE OF THE DOOR. OR AT LEAST WARNING THE USER NOT TO OPEN THE DOOR ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP.
BONNIE PIt was an effortless experience. I called in the phone to inquire if they had the appropriate equipment and she made the reservation immediately with a confirmation sent to my phone within a few minutes. Once there, it was another ten or less minutes to get the keys and drive away
