Picked up the van and returned it before scheduled time, topped up the gas tank as requested, returned key to the designated mail box. They tried to charge me the insurance that I didn't pay for, and misreported the van as not being returned 2 days later and tried to charge $300+ to my credit card. Called Uhaul customer service to clear it up, also called the location where they sheepishly said it was a "miscommunication" and would "close the file" on their end. On the following day, they sent me a receipt labeling the return as on the day they closed the file instead of the date the van was actually returned. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Again the unity that we rent was not available without advice. We been advised only went we arrived. 4 peoples was waiting for us to start to move. We decided to rent the only truck available that day, with extra expenses. We have problems with the truck during the moving, we call for services to repair the truck and lost 2 hours. The information to return the truck before 5pm was not appropriate. We arrived at 4h45 and the place was already close. He told me to put the truck on the same place and put the keys on the box. After all this I realized the process to self return was not like that. I have to go to the application for self return and fallow the steep’s but it was too late because I put the keys on the box. I need to call from assistant to let them know that I have return the truck on time. So it was a stressful experience and it cost us 4 times more than was it was supposed at first.
