Kevin W.My reservation was moved about two hours before pickup and pushed to the next day. I called to get the truck, wasn't there. The rep went out of his way to find a truck and call me…. It was SIXTY miles a way at a desolate lot. Had to do the phone thing, was a massive inconvenience to have my reservation moved and then almost not getting a truck. Didn't have a rep to talk to about how I got screwed last minute, a phone rep just said she'd waive 60 miles to get out there.
Ryan F.Bring the Uhaul closer to the Customer. Listen to what your Customers are asking for. Learn what a guarantee really means. Was not the personnel at the pickup it was how far we had to go to pickup rental that was poor. Customer service called less than 24 hours before pickup to notify us there was no truck (which was guaranteed) available. Way to many excuses way too late.
