I received great service here however I had to give it 3 stars because of the way my car was hooked up on top of the trailer. No chains were used and had anything gone wrong with the straps I would have lost my car. I did not know this until reaching my destination and the next Uhaul employee advised me. I paid $20 extra for the service and it should have been performed correctly.
