U-HAUL itself is a mess. Rentals were reserved but weren’t available, two times before I found what I needed at Triple C Convenience store. U-Haul is not a well run machine. Lots of Hiccups.

It was just fine very nice customer service
Derek WDon't randomly charge customers after paying for the service. I got a random $16.xx charge after being shown what I was paying, and it doesn't make sense why.
Robbie WHave gas in vehicle. A full tank so there are no discrepancies when returning vehicle. When I picked this truck up it said 40 miles to empty and upon returning it said 49 and I was charged for fuel.
