I rented a Uhaul truck and did everything online using their app including checking in the day of. Everything went smoothly and I had very little interaction with the people there. Fast and easy.

JOSE GI reserved a 26 ft truck and scheduled a drop off time through the app but when I showed up I was informed the drop off time would not be honored and I was forced to return it the next day and store the truck on the street outside my house. I was told that this was a franchise location and they don't have anything to do with the U-Haul app. They only suggested that I find another location if I needed to return it the same day but that was not acceptable since I was already set to move the contents of a house that day so I had no choice but to use this location.
