Jose VThis is a private owned UHaul affiliate. They had no equipment (besides a dolly) available and I was informed of a fee when I arrived to check in. The fee hadn't been disclosed prior to or during booking.
Kimberly CHire better quality of employees and have a local office for customers to dispute charges without hassle.
