The trailer I was given was old and not clean. However, that overall was not a problem. As explained - this was a dealer location so they would not accept my return of some incidental items purchased but not used at original pickup location. If there had not been 2 other uhauls parked outside I would not have known to return here as there was no uhaul sign on building.

The U-Haul app and U-Haul.com for obtaining the vehicle is impossible. Not sufficient, accurate, or timely. Thank goodness the employee at the rental sight came early (30+ minutes) to work. I had been attempting for more than an hour via the app, website, and help line(transferred 4 times without resolve) to no avail. Must seriously consider competitor next time.

I tried to use the tow dolly to tow a Honda Civic with my Toyota Tacoma and your website wouldn’t rent it to me for some reason, but I could rent the flatbed that weighs even more than the car I was towing. I was not about to drag a 1 ton trailer and a 1 ton car 1000 miles. I had to use a friends Honda Pilot which has less power and torque than the Tacoma. Very bad system uhaul uses. Since when is a unibody underpowered vehicle a better tow car than a fully boxed frame truck with a class 5 hitch and 400 horsepower? Will not rent again. Will go buy my own equipment next time I need one.

Uhaul should provide stand for trailers. Trailer was very heavy and it was difficult for storage associate and myself to manually lift the trailer to hook up to truck.

I almost had trouble with my booking. I asked for this location on Barker Cypress/Cypress North houston and U-haul corporate assigned me to a different location without as much as a courtesy phone call. I am really upset about that. The people in the BC /Cy-N Houston are great and found me the equipment I needed. U-haul really needs to step up their customer service. Please don't allow us to book equipment if you don't have it at a particular location. I don't want to find the day of my move through a text message that the pick up location has changed. So please call me to disucss.

The customer service was great! They were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the fact that I had requested a moving dolly and they did not have one in hand. I had to go to two other locations to look for a dolly, it wasted my gas and most importantly my time.

I reserved the trailer at another location on the website(Hwy 6 N), but the text message I received sent me to this location. When I arrived, they did not have a trailer for me because they were not expecting me! Something is wrong with your website. I am reluctant to use it for reservations ever again. Luckily someone returned a trailer while I was waiting there.
