They advertise 19 plus .89 per mile but ended up paying 288 for 188 miles used. They charge me 25 for clean up, something that would have cost 30 seconds to wipe down or blow out the back. Not excited about so many charges

Kimberly BI was charged on my reservation on the card I used which was not supposed to be pre-authorized and want the refund to be returned to my card . Everything was good on the return as well as the gas no reason I should have been charged just for on the card for the reservation.. the only card that should be charged is the card that is processed through varo...
