The customer service here is terrible. The front desk lady Cathy is rude. I was told the incorrect time to return. She said well you didn’t talk me very rude and unprofessional when I told her the time I was going to return it. Anthony talked bad about a new employee to me as a customer telling me about her mistakes and she might not last. She’s new and may make mistakes but to express to a customer and another employee is not professional at all. He was also very rude when returning. I was getting out to ask where to park because the small lot already had a truck. He came out the door yelling don’t leave it infront of the gate before I could ask the question. My overall experience from pickup to return wasn’t great. I will never use this location again.
