Kyin LAlthough I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the 9’ Transit van was, my experience with the customer service was disappointing. The employee behind the counter was noticeably rude from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere felt tense, and even my son commented on it after we left. My husband attempted to drop off my truck at the location so I would have transportation available when I returned the van, but she immediately told him no and seemed unwilling to help or offer any alternatives. While the vehicle itself exceeded my expectations, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
