I was not told I would be charged a cleaning fee. The only thing that may have been in the truck would possibly have been some plant leaves. I only transported 5 large potted plants and one dresser and the trip to the location was only 5.5 miles away.

David LAnthony was very helpful. He showed me how to hook up a trailer. He helped me select the correct accessories for the rental. Anthony was very friendly.
Jose VThis is a private owned UHaul affiliate. They had no equipment (besides a dolly) available and I was informed of a fee when I arrived to check in. The fee hadn't been disclosed prior to or during booking.
