Was very unhappy with the person that did my paperwork. This person was extremely unfriendly. When I returned the equipment, the door was locked before the closing time. This same person unlocked the door and told me I was suppose to have it back before 5:30. The store closes at 6:00 and I was told nothing different. I had the trailer reserved for 10 hours and was there to return it long before that time. Had I known I would have been back before I did arrive. This person doing their best to make me feel like I’m the cause this made up problem. I can’t, in good conscience, tell anyone that doing business with this counter person is a good or even okay thing. This person was even talking down to the porter when I arrived to pick up the equipment.

Did not answer the phone in 6 times calling on an open day. Charges me for dropping a trailer -after hours but the app would not work and link was no longer avail in my text message. Contacted Gail they stated it was ok to drop it.

HEATHER IThey advertise 19 plus .89 per mile but ended up paying 288 for 188 miles used. They charge me 25 for clean up, something that would have cost 30 seconds to wipe down or blow out the back. Not excited about so many charges
