Susan DI picked up the trailer at the scheduled time. They gave me a trailer with a bald tire when there were newer ones available. I got to Waco and the tire blew out. It was 7:00am on Saturday morning and I had to find a U-Haul Service Center, which was about 20 minutes out of my way. Upon arriving at the Service Center, I discovered that they had no tires in stock. The Representative at the Service Center called a mobile repair service who took about 45 mins. He replaced the tire with another used tire and also told me the belts were showing on another tire, but didn't offer to replace. Everyone knew that I was driving across country, not just locally. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous.
