JOEL JIt was a convenient location to drop for my needs, but the person at the counter didn't give me much information about the return, just said "put the key in the box and we'll check it out tomorrow". I did go to the app. and finish the return with taking some pictures and such so that made me feel better/safer. So the U-Haul app. return was great, and nothing really wrong with the location, just did not have a great in-person experience at this location.
