PNLOP MGuy was just rude for no reason. No hello or how are you. First words… “ you parked in wrong lot and not straight.” — I parked where there was room to park. Total ass-hat and didn’t need to be at all.

TONYA PI was extremely disappointed in the fact that insurance was added to my bill. My State Farm insurance covers rental vehicles and I have never had to pay for this service with any other rentals. I didn't expect to see it show up on the bill as I was not told that the charge for insurance would be added. I would have liked to spend that $30 some other way than for insurance that I didn't need.

Cynthia NWe were not given our contract, so we estimated how much gas to put in after we finished. It was also given to us with around a quarter of gas. A bit low, but we were doing a very local move.

Since I booked the truck online, they were able to help us when I picked up the truck and dropped it back off. The truck was clean and was a easy way to move my son from one apartment to another.

marilyn vThe personnel was very rude and condescending during check out. He did not want to listen to our concerns about the truck leaking water into the back and about the rear lights being out. Also, I filled up the gas tank right across the street from the store. I filled it up right to where the amount of gas was when I first got the truck and I was charged additional for not filling the tank up enough. I will not be using the U-Haul location anymore.

Thomas KI called this location 2 times the first time I call i ask questions about pricing and what they had available the guy told me he had a van I said ok. I call back the second time to ask what is needed of me to rent the van and he tells me just a valid drivers license , I told him that I had that and that I would be on my way for the van. I get there and they don’t have the van I asked for I begin to explain my frustration to him and he tells me that they have a van and a different location and I can go there I told him I wouldn’t be able to do that because I Uber it to that location he didn’t have any remorse or any other options for me. On top of coming all the way there to not have the vehicle I asked for he told me my total would be 60 sum dollars and some change I look at my account the next morning and I was charged 100$. Never did he explain to me any fees or deposit that I had to make. It’s now 2 days after this incident I called the store asking for them to explain why they didn’t explain any of the fees to me they put on hold for 20 min than they hung up on me . At this point I need my refund back ASAP!!!!!! I’m soooo disappointed the place was disgusting and smelled I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Keneede FI was suppose to pick up at 830 with my mobile. Didn't work I had to wait for them to open the location until 10. Not too satisfy with this experience.
Marco CI was surprised that the trailer had no lock. Luckily no one stole my stuff overnight, but it seems like common sense to have a lock.
jOHN AThe person at the counter informed me that I had 200 miles free of charge when I arrived. I was very confused by this and confirmed his words multiple times and he said yes it will only be the base charge of the rental. When I got my bill this was not the case. I had a feeling this was going to happen but just upsetting that he told me I would get 200 miles free.

Leslie PThe personnel in charge of the uhaul wouldn’t give me the time of day. I just wanted to drop off my truck and get a receipt of some kind as proof. He kept saying that despite me being there first, if someone else comes in, they are first.
Darrell HThe staff member was very rude. We parked the uhaul truck next to the other uhaul trucks at 5:55pm. We walked to the door and the staff member came out in a huff and told us we can't park there as that part of the parking lot was for the business next door. There was no sign indicating this. We parked the uhaul where she wanted us to and handed her the key at 6:01 pm. She did not tell us it was considered "after hours" and charged us $20. I am incredibly disappointed in my uhaul experience.

kYLE MI was charged a $20 fee because I didn’t check the unit in online when I dropped the truck off after hours even though I dropped it off 14 hours early. Why do I have to pay $20 for staff to take a minute at the computer and check the unit in? The store was open the next day before my scheduled arrival time and the unit was checked in on time.
Amy TVERY unsatisfied. I specifically called and said I needed a truck with a ramp to pick up a refrigerator. The truck I received did not have a ramp and it was not tall enough to stand the refrigerator up in even though I specifically stated I needed to. I am very unhappy and will be calling during the next open business hours to ensure this does not happen to another customer.
