Make the steps needed to return the truck without an attendant more clear. The guy at the store said that there would be a link similar to the one I received for initial checkout of the truck, there was never any such link sent to me.

Perry PWe had to go to another town to pick up a truck! I ordered it a week prior and we still had to travel to get the truck. Computer was down so we had to go through the entire process of renting the truck all over again. Very disappointing, also didn’t get the moving pads or the hand truck but I was still charged for them!! Was not a good experience at all. One more thing I found empty small bottles of alcohol under the driver’s seat!
