I reserved a van on a Monday updated with someone over the phone. My time of pick up Only to arrive on Saturday for my pick up. The van was gone. There was no more available. I was forced to run a larger truck at a different price I was looking per my initial reservation a conversation to spend about $150 to $160 bucks and it end up costing $229 for a few hours. I will never rent from U-Haul especially this DeKalb location ever again.
vonetta wThey make you park it into a squeezed spot. I mean super tight. Same spot where you have to take pictures from to ensure there’s no damage. Difficult to take photos from the spot.
