Worst place ever. We did counter pickup and the guy had literally no idea what to do. We had to call uhaul support TWICE just to get the keys. We also originally had a different location picked and were made to go to this location because the original location didnt have the truck? We also paid for a $15 dolly and the guy didnt have it! So we had to drive the uhaul to another location just to get a dolly! We arrived at 9:55 am to get out truck for 10am and it took until almost 11am before we were able to drive away with it because of all the issues of getting the keys. This plave should not have counter pickup up available if the guy inside has ZERO idea what he is doing. Also they changed our order to selfpick up but then the app wouldnt let us take the pictures?!

Deborah SI would recommend this U-Haul location for convenience; however, it is a very tight space, so there isn’t enough room to take pictures properly. The cell signal in the area is also very poor, which makes it difficult to upload the required pictures to the U-Haul website. One area that could be improved is allowing customers to complete the check-in process before arriving at the location. The current process took me over an hour to complete. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time and still experienced technical difficulties, which caused additional delays. I was also charged $33 for gas even though I only drove approximately 4 miles from the pickup location—literally just across the street. I would appreciate a review of the fuel charge to ensure it was accurate.
